Dr Mark Johnson

Mark is a clinical cardiologist and a specialist in cardiac imaging. He’s board certified in CT coronary angiography and has been involved in various research projects in this area.
After studying medicine at UQ, Mark trained in various Brisbane hospitals. He then swapped the sub-tropical climates of home for chilly Vancouver, Canada. Here he undertook a clinical and research fellowship in cardiac imaging. On returning to the Sunshine Coast, Mark led the cardiology team at Nambour Hospital. He still consults at various local hospitals alongside his work at Heart HQ.
