We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our team at EONLife Wellness, a sister company to Heart HQ.

This rewarding opportunity will see you join the EONLIfe Wellness team on a permanent part-time basis, with the opportunity to become full-time providing dietetics as part of a multi-disciplinary team for Cardiac Rehabilitation patients.

The role is patient facing in a fast-paced environment and will require experience in nutrition support, resource development, recipe development and meal planning. Experience in cardiac rehabilitation will be highly regarded.

You will bring your passion to the role where you will work closely with the cardiac rehabilitation team supporting our patients’ health and well-being.

ABOUT YOU:

As an outstanding experienced clinical Dietitian, you are passionate about the health and wellbeing of patients supporting them in their cardiac rehabilitation journey.

Your skills will include:

• Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics with eligibility for registration as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian
• At least 2-3 years of clinical dietetic experience
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• High level written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to quality improvement activities and evaluating services provided
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Experience in recipe development and meal planning
