Dr Naresh Dayananda

Naresh is a clinical cardiologist and a senior member of our pacing and electrophysiology team.
He grew up in Brisbane and after graduating in medicine at UQ he trained in all the major Brisbane hospitals along with stints in Toowoomba and the Gold Coast. But when he was rotated to Nambour, he discovered a true love for the Sunshine Coast. After completing fellowships first at PA Hospital and then in Nova Scotia, Canada, Naresh returned to the Sunshine Coast.
Alongside his work at Heart HQ he is also Clinical Director in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing at the Sunshine Coast Hospital.
