Loretta looks after the admin staff at Heart HQ, including the receptionists, typists and secretaries.

When she’s not at work, she likes to relax with family and friends. Her favourite movies are Sweet Home Alabama and Pretty Woman and she enjoys a meal at Quay in Sydney, or her local Thai in Coolum.
